Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Some items may be non-returnable, such as perishable goods, digital downloads, gift cards, or customized products. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 5–10 business days].

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges
