1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and a tracking number when your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Generally, shipping charge is a flat rate of $5 per order regardless of destination.  Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

We primarily use the following carriers to ship your orders:

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
